Do you need a licence to operate a forklift?

Answer

In order to be placed in a job operating a forklift you must have a Forklift Licence issued by Workcover. There are many accredited trainers in Sydney (e.g. www.australianforklift.com.au) with whom you will train & be tested for your forklift licence. You will get an interim license and Workcover will send you a card in the mail.
