About Us

IN2 Staffing Solutions has been in operation now for over 10 years. The business was started by the managing director, Vicki Burakowski, to service the local business community. She leads an experienced team of consultants with a wealth of experience in the labour hire industry. Vicki and her team are customer focused and ensure each and every customer site is visited at least twice a week.

For the past 6 years IN2 Staffing Solutions have been the only human resource partner for a major filter manufacturer in Western Sydney. Our client manufactures locally and exports to Asia Pacific as part of their corporate global market share.
